PRIVACY

The personal details behind a note

Cinusso LLC respects the distinction between a useful question and unnecessary personal detail. This notice explains how information may relate to correspondence, direct part-time discussions, and Cinusso Copy Editions, along with the choices and boundaries that apply.

Effective date: 2026-09-08

Begin with what you choose

Begin with what you choose

You decide what context to include when asking about the company or a part-time direction. Relevant details can include a name, email, message, writing interest, and availability. A separate SMS choice may involve a mobile number and consent preferences. Leave identity documents, payment information, and unrelated confidential material out of general correspondence.

Give the information a limited purpose

Give the information a limited purpose

Information provided through an available communication service may be used to understand and respond to that interaction, discuss direct part-time work, or address a privacy or messaging request. It should not be repurposed merely because it appears in a note. A writing sample or career question does not provide marketing SMS consent.

Your next choice can be different

Your next choice can be different

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another available privacy right, write to mabelle@cinussollc.com and identify the request without sending unnecessary sensitive details. Applicable law and legitimate retention duties may affect the response. For CNS messaging, STOP requests an opt-out and HELP requests assistance; declining messages does not prevent a role inquiry.

Mobile information stays outside others' marketing

Mobile information stays outside others' marketing

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing. Service providers supporting message delivery, hosting, security, or compliance may process only what is necessary for those supporting functions.

When a supporting service needs access

When a supporting service needs access

Where a service is actually used to handle communication or maintain security, a provider may need limited access to relevant information. That access should be tied to the support being performed. Disclosure may also occur to meet a legal obligation, respond to valid process, investigate misuse, or protect lawful rights and safety.

A note should not last without reason

A note should not last without reason

The useful life of information depends on its purpose, the status of an interaction, and applicable obligations. Information no longer reasonably needed should be removed or de-identified where appropriate. Limited records of an opt-out may be retained to prevent further messages, even where other correspondence can properly be deleted.

Practical care for entrusted information

Practical care for entrusted information

Appropriate safeguards may include limiting access and using reasonable technical and administrative protections for the relevant service. These precautions cannot promise perfect security. General correspondence is unsuitable for secret credentials or sensitive identity material. Report a concern by explaining what happened, without repeating confidential information that could make the problem worse.

Adults and ordinary site requests

Adults and ordinary site requests

This company site and its recruiting communications are directed to adults, rather than children under 18. We do not knowingly seek children's personal information. An active hosting provider may handle ordinary request data to deliver pages and protect its systems. This notice does not establish a program for unrelated advertising or sensitive visitor profiling.

Practices can change, and the effective date helps you identify the notice you are reading. A revised notice does not replace the separate consent needed for marketing texts. Address questions to mabelle@cinussollc.com or Cinusso LLC, 8545 Pioneer Dr, Severn, MD 21144, and mention the part of the notice that needs clarification.
